Jupiter’s Motorcycles is the premier motorcycle rental, lifestyle and daily access service in New York City, offering European motorcycles to explore New York and the northeast. Customers enjoy individual motorcycle adventures for the day or week, or gain access to a full fleet of motorcycles via the exclusive MotoShare program. The first motorcycle sharing program in the country, MotoShare members can access a variety of motorcycles without any of the hassles of ownership for a low monthly fee. Launched in Brooklyn in 2009, Jupiter’s began as a motorcycle rental service and the company has evolved to feature membership through MotoShare. Jupiter’s is the only motorcycle rental service in the five boroughs of NYC that offers a European fleet of motorcycles including BMW, Triumph and Ducati motorcycles. Jupiter’s signed up its first member in 2010 and its first 24/7 remote access motorcycle in May 2014.

Reinventing an Outdated Resource

Jupiter’s MotorCycle came to Buzz Engine with the desire of designing it’s motoshare website to show all locations showing their remote access locations, as the existing had broken links, outdated documents, poor internal search functionality, and redundant and inconsistent content.

Buzz Engine worked closely with the CEO of Jupiter’s Motorcycle to determine exactly what they wanted to change and how they could improve the existing platform, as well as to ensure that the finished product would meet and exceed their expectations. Through continuous collaboration we fine tuned their project requirements, and applied our depth of knowledge and expertise to create an attractive and highly efficient experience.
